TheFirst-generationandMulticultural(FaM)ProjectManagerwillprovidesupportinmajoraspectsoftheprogramrelatedtodirectstudentsupport,recruitment,retentionefforts,employerrelations,alumnirelations,andmore.IncollaborationwiththeExecutiveDirectorofFaMandtheFaMProgramManager,andtheAdministrativeAssociateDeanofStudentSuccess,aswellasotherStudentSuccessDirectors,thispositionprovidesdirectsupporttoenhancestudentengagementanddegreecompletion.

This(FaM)ProjectManagerwillprovideequity-centeredstudentsupportserviceswhenworkingwithinternalandexternalconstituents,includingFaMstudents'families,prospectivestudents,alumni,faculty,staff,andindustrypartners.TheFaMProjectManagerdevelopandpromoteoutreachandengagementactivitiesforprospectiveFaMstudentsandFaMalumnithroughin-person,remote,andsocialmediaoutlets.

ProjectManagement,Recruitment,StudentSupport,Outreach

• AssisttheExecutiveDirectorofFaMinthedeliveryofhightouchandequitymindedservicestoitsstudentparticipantsandtheircommunities.
• Demonstrateactiveinvolvementwithstudentrecruitment,retentionefforts,workshopdevelopment,andsocialmediawhileworkingwithacademicandstudentsupportpartnersintheBusinessSchoolandacrosstheCUDenvercampus.
• MaintainandserveastheprimarysupportforFaMprojects,programpilots,orsub-initiativesdevelopedbytheExecutiveDirector.
• WorkwithFaMpartnerstoresearchindustrybestpractices,emergingtrends,andacademicliteraturetohelpinformeffectiveindustrycollaborations,addressneeds,andsupportstudentcareerreadiness.

Administration,Technology,andBrandStrategy

• Managesocialmediaaccountsande-newslettersforalumniand/oremployerpartners.
• TrackFaMengagementthroughsocialmediaandotheroutletstoworktowardoptimizingeffectivenesscommunicationandbrandstrategies.
• AssisttheExecutiveDirectorinconductingeffectiveandequitableprocessestoenhancecommunicationandsocializationoftheFaMbrandtoemployers,alumni,currentstudentsandfamilieswhileensuringdiversity,equity,andinclusioninallareasofwork.
• Actasaresourceforstudents,faculty,staff,andemployersregardingFaMmatters.

DataCollectionandRecordkeeping

• Collectdataaroundstudentinternship/jobplacement,employer,andindustryandalumniengagementandsupport.
• Organizeandmaintainfiles,documents,andmanualsrelevanttoFaMprojectsandinitiativesandStudentSuccessefforts.

AdditionalResponsibilitiesasAssigned

• Participatesinvariouscommittees,professionaldevelopment,industryconferences,andconventionstoenhanceunderstandingofDE&Ieffortsandoutcomes.

CompensationandBenefits

Thesalaryrange(orhiringrange)forthispositionhasbeenestablishedat$64,730-$67,960.

• Bachelor'sdegreefromanaccreditedinstitutioninafieldrelatedtoBusiness,Counseling,HealthAdministration,HigherEducation,orSocialSciences.
• Three(3)yearsofrelatedexperienceworkingwithdiversecommunities,employers,orindustryrepresentatives.
