TheFirst-generationandMulticultural(FaM)ProjectManagerwillprovidesupportinmajoraspectsoftheprogramrelatedtodirectstudentsupport,recruitment,retentionefforts,employerrelations,alumnirelations,andmore.IncollaborationwiththeExecutiveDirectorofFaMandtheFaMProgramManager,andtheAdministrativeAssociateDeanofStudentSuccess,aswellasotherStudentSuccessDirectors,thispositionprovidesdirectsupporttoenhancestudentengagementanddegreecompletion.

This(FaM)ProjectManagerwillprovideequity-centeredstudentsupportserviceswhenworkingwithinternalandexternalconstituents,includingFaMstudents'families,prospectivestudents,alumni,faculty,staff,andindustrypartners.TheFaMProjectManagerdevelopandpromoteoutreachandengagementactivitiesforprospectiveFaMstudentsandFaMalumnithroughin-person,remote,andsocialmediaoutlets.

  • AssisttheExecutiveDirectorofFaMinthedeliveryofhightouchandequitymindedservicestoitsstudentparticipantsandtheircommunities.
  • Demonstrateactiveinvolvementwithstudentrecruitment,retentionefforts,workshopdevelopment,andsocialmediawhileworkingwithacademicandstudentsupportpartnersintheBusinessSchoolandacrosstheCUDenvercampus.
  • MaintainandserveastheprimarysupportforFaMprojects,programpilots,orsub-initiativesdevelopedbytheExecutiveDirector.
  • WorkwithFaMpartnerstoresearchindustrybestpractices,emergingtrends,andacademicliteraturetohelpinformeffectiveindustrycollaborations,addressneeds,andsupportstudentcareerreadiness.

Administration,Technology,andBrandStrategy
  • Managesocialmediaaccountsande-newslettersforalumniand/oremployerpartners.
  • TrackFaMengagementthroughsocialmediaandotheroutletstoworktowardoptimizingeffectivenesscommunicationandbrandstrategies.
  • AssisttheExecutiveDirectorinconductingeffectiveandequitableprocessestoenhancecommunicationandsocializationoftheFaMbrandtoemployers,alumni,currentstudentsandfamilieswhileensuringdiversity,equity,andinclusioninallareasofwork.
  • Actasaresourceforstudents,faculty,staff,andemployersregardingFaMmatters.

Thesalaryrange(orhiringrange)forthispositionhasbeenestablishedat$64,730-$67,960.
