Job Summary:
The Department of Physical Medicine is searching for a Senior Instructor or Assistant Professor to join the Spine group at the Highlands Ranch Hospital location.
Key Responsibilities:
- Spine, Interventional Pain and MSK clinic & procedures at Highlands Ranch Hospital Medical Office Building and Inverness Steadman Hawkins Clinic Denver,
- Participate in inpatient PM&R call pool at the University of Colorado Hospital Anschutz Medical Campus
- Supervise medical students, residents and fellows
- Participate in Department academic activities including Grand Rounds and Resident lectures/didactics
- Publish in academic or industry journal
Work Location:
Onsite - this role is expected to work onsite and is located in South Metro Denver, Colorado

Senior Instructor
- MD or DO
- Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Assistant Professor (Tenure Eligible)
- MD or DO
- Board certified in Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation
Preferred Qualifications (all ranks):
- Fellowship Training in Pain Medicine or Spine/MSK
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities (all ranks):
- Ability to communicate effectively, both in writing and verbally
- Proven ability to care for patients with high complexity, both medically and psychosocially
- Leadership ability and commitment to advancing diversity and inclusion

$215,000 - $240,000
Assistant Professor
$215,000 - $240,000
The above salary range (or hiring range) represents the University's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. This position is not eligible for overtime compensation unless it is non-exempt.
