Position Summary:
The Jazz Ensemble Assistant/Music Librarian will be responsible for filing and organizing all jazz ensemble music in Arts 294 and the Kalamath building; assisting with the MSU Denver Big Band. #LI-DNI

Duties/Responsibilities:
Manage and maintain the Jazz library which includes over 1,200 titles Prepare and distribute music folders for MSU Denver Big Band, make parts for missing instruments and copies as needed for rehearsals, re-file and organize music after performances Prepare rehearsal environment for rehearsals and concerts Attend to other Jazz catalogue/Big Band needs as they arise

Required Qualifications:
Must be awarded work-study funding

Preferred Qualifications:
Strong communication skills
Member of the MSU Denver Big Band
