Director, One Stop Student Services (213UC3565)

The University of Cincinnati Blue Ash College invites applications for the Director of One Stop Student Services. UC Blue Ash College is the largest regional college in Ohio, located in Blue Ash, Ohio with an enrollment of approximately 6100 students. Reporting to the Dean of UC Blue Ash, the Director manages the One Stop Center, supervises and trains the staff, participates in day-to-day operations, and oversees the center's budget. The Director will facilitate and model a quality customer service orientation while ensuring the delivery of accurate, timely and professional student services related to registration, student records, financial aid, and student accounts. Additional responsibilities include serving as liaison with Uptown campus units (financial aid, One Stop, bursar, registrar); oversight of registration, scheduling, and room reservations; and collection and analysis of data related to One Stop traffic and student needs.  

Job Description: Under general supervision from a designated administrator, provide general administration and management of the One Stop Student Service Center.  

Minimum Qualifications: Bachelor's degree with 7 years experience; OR associate degree with 9 years experience; OR 11 years experience. Degree must be in related field. Experience must be in counseling or as a service provider. Experience also requires at least 3 years supervision.  

The ideal candidate will have a master's degree with 5 years experience in a college or university records, registration, admission, or financial aid office with evidence of increasing levels of responsibility; strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and customer-service skills; excellent written, oral, and interpersonal communication skills; ability to interact with students, faculty, staff, and departments throughout the university; experience with student information systems and financial aid systems; commitment to the regional campus mission; a student-centered attitude; ability to lead and manage change in a positive and inclusive manner.
